ROOT DEEPLY, ROAM FREELY
Transformational journeys and intentional gatherings for women ready to step outside the noise, reconnect with themselves and experience life with greater presence.
Through movement, meditation, sisterhood, ancient wisdom, cultural immersion and adventure, Root & Roam creates space to remember what has always been within you.
GATHER WITH US IN GULF SHORES
Meet us under the full moon. You don’t have to travel across the world to create space for connection.
Each month, Root & Roam gathers on the beach in Gulf Shores for a Full Moon Circle—a grounding evening for women to step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves and share intentional space in community.
Come exactly as you are. Leave a little lighter, clearer and more connected.
Where will you meet yourself next?
We spend so much of our lives moving through expectations—who we should be, what we should want, how our lives are supposed to look. Root & Roam offers another way.
Whether we’re gathering beneath the full moon at home in Gulf Shores or traveling together somewhere across the world, these experiences are an invitation to step outside the familiar, slow down enough to listen and reconnect with the parts of yourself that everyday life can make easy to forget.
Not to become someone new. To remember who you already are.
A life shaped by going deeper.
Ashley Rossy is an international yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, world traveler and wellness retreat facilitator with more than 12 years of experience guiding others toward deeper connection.
Her path has taken her from studying traditional yoga and meditation in Rishikesh, India, and living in an ashram for six months to exploring ancient wisdom, healing traditions and intentional ways of living throughout Thailand, Bali, Peru and beyond.
Root & Roam brings those threads together through immersive journeys and intentional gatherings designed around movement, connection, curiosity and the belief that our experiences can change the way we see both the world and ourselves.
